Return Policy

We genuinely care about our customers. If there’s an issue with your order/product, we’re happy to offer a Full Refund of the product/s or Store Credit, unless they are a final sale item.  You may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.  Original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable. 

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount, unless you purchased Recura with your order.

What is Recura?

When you opt in for Recura at checkout the cost of your return shipping label/s are included and you are protected from lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If you decide not to buy Recura, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, however you can return your product for store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@shopskyewear.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund. Only items that have not been worn will be eligible. 

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly labeled on our website at the time of purchase.
